We take time, ensure a well-prepared presentation, and answer questions on the spot. Because a good match between property and tenant begins on location.
After the viewing comes a careful selection process. We do not assess only on income or family situation, but consider the bigger picture: motivation, background, rental history, and whether the candidate fits both your wishes and the property.
At Interhouse, quality always comes first. We strive for the best match—for you as landlord, and for the tenant who wants to feel at home. At the same time, we take into account the legally required allocation protocol where applicable. This means we check per property and situation whether priority groups apply. Of course, we do this without compromising the care of the selection process.
