A reliable tenant who keeps to their word and takes care of your property, that is the starting point. That is why every prospective tenant at Interhouse undergoes an extensive screening procedure, the final step before we draw up the tenancy agreement.
The screening procedure differs per tenant and situation, as screening is always tailored. For example, the screening of an expat or a self employed professional may require a different approach.
