For every property, we design a customised marketing strategy. This starts with selecting the right channels (Funda, Pararius, social media, expat platforms, our own network), the right timing of publication (not accidental, but carefully planned around peak search behaviour and availability of your property), and the right approach for the type of property and its target group.

For example, the marketing strategy for a city apartment aimed at young professionals is different from that for a furnished family home aimed at expats. We take into account the location, segment, condition of the property, and of course your personal preferences.
